The Christian Action Repair Team (CART) worker will
participate in an ongoing ministry to serve needy member of the church and
community by doing construction work and home repairs free of charge.

Community Care
Intake Team members share the love of Christ by meeting in person with First
Baptist Church members/attenders and Isanti County residents seeking financial
assistance in times of need or crisis, listening to their story, and completing
a Community Care Financial Request form.

This team was
created to bring an overview of the church decorating landscape. Each member
uses their gifts to bring a critical eye to the areas that do not leave a good
impression for our guests as their primary role, looking for areas or ways to leave
a good impression to all guests who come through our church doors as well as
making the outside appearance of the church property attractive to our community
and all guests.

Anticipated Time Commitments
The purpose of the GO Team is to bring Jesus to all
people by joining in the ministry of missionaries and blessing them with our
care, support, and prayer. The Missions Coordinator, along with GO Team
members, will lead the effort to maintain a comprehensive missions ministry in
the church and is responsible for exploring mission opportunities, keeping the
church informed regarding potential and ongoing missions involvement, and
serving as a liaison between the church and missionaries.
