Responsibilities/Duties
1. Review material as it is deposited in the Archives. If not accepting, contact the Church Administrator.
2. Return material if not accepted and, if necessary, explain to person donating material why it was not accepted.
3. Keep confidences.
4. Work with Church Administrator to understand when material can be destroyed. Some records are permanent, some can be destroyed after a designated time period.
5. Update index so material can be easily found.
6. Review file cabinet with DVD's, tapes, and photographs to see what can be assimilated and what could be destroyed. Update index after doing so.
7. Review shelves to organize.
8. Understand that it is important to ask if you have questions.
9. Try to organize, when possible, like material in groups (e.g. legal documents, minutes, annual church binders, etc.)
10. If leading others in working in the Archives, work as a team.
11. Have fun! Know the job you are doing is important.

The Ministry runs more smoothly when the program is run by a group of leaders. Dividing responsibilities among a group of leaders (the T.E.A.M.) enables the program to help more hurting people. It is not intended that a CR leader “does it all.” However, it is the responsibility of the leadership to supervise assigned areas.

Responsibilities/Duties
- 1. In partnership with the Assimilation Coach, promote CR to the members of the program, the church, the community, and the world.
- 2. As delegated by the Assimilation Coach, maintain church bulletin announcements for special events or guest speakers.
- 3. Assist in preparation of the CR bulletin, as requested.
- 4. Partner with Assimilation Coach to provide updates for the CR section of the church website to the office staff.
- 5. Partner with the Assimilation Coach to provide outreach information for Testimonies to Go, Missions, Jails and Prisons, and Treatment and Sober Living Homes.
- 6. Assist in recruiting new leadership candidates.
- 7. Partner with the Assimilation Coach to supply the resource table with materials (CDs, group description fliers, CR curriculum, and chips) and help coordinate materials needed for special events.
- 8. May assist with staffing the church’s information table for weekend services with a CR display, if allowed.
- Anticipated Time Commitments – Intention would be to step into Assimilation Coach Role after minimum 6 months as apprentice, as needed.

- 1. The Training Coach (T), Encouraging Coach (E), and Assimilation Coach (A) all report to the Ministry Leader (M) making up the T.E.A.M.
- 2. Responsible for and oversees the entire Celebrate Recovery Ministry.

- 4. Encourages the T.E.A.M. to maintain healthy recoveries while fulfilling their tasks.

- 4. Partner with the Training Coach to coordinate a training session for the Celebrate Recovery leadership team after assessing the needs of the leaders.

- As part of a team, you will make project kits for kids K-5th grade to put together during their Kids U activity time on Wednesday nights.
- Volunteers will use given instructions to do things like pre-cut lumber & pre-drill holes for students to assemble with hammers & nails, sanding, gluing, decorating, and finishing. (Adult supervision on safety instruction is given with hand tool usage, various materials, and final assembly.)
- Project kits you will create vary seasonally from bird houses to bird feeders, wooden memory verse boxes, plastic/leather weaving into lanyards/bracelets, and wooden slab wood sign making
- Project kits are prepared by 1st Workshop Volunteers and are available at no-cost to students and they can take them home
- Maintain safety at all times while using the 1st Workshop

A Community Care Decision Team member provides oversight and accountability of Community Care Benevolence Fund disbursement by reviewing Community Care financial requests and deciding to grant requests or not, and if so, in what donation amount.
The Community Care Benevolence Fund exists to share the love of Christ by helping meet basic needs in times of crisis. It is open to members/attendees of our congregation and to residents of Isanti County.

Responsibilities/Duties
- 1. Oversee, set the direction, and develop the Group’s ministries while working with the Teacher Coordinator and the Group Leadership Team (which may consist of Care, Administrative, Social, and Outreach Point Persons, as well as the Teaching Coordinator).
- 2. Responsible for the Group Life segment of the Sunday gathering.

As First Baptist officiates funerals, we minister to the families by offering the option of serving a luncheon following the service. There is no food preparation involved, as the families select a caterer to provide the meal of their choice. We then have the opportunity to set tables, fill and maintain the buffet, serve beverages, and clean up. This task requires two coordinators to oversee the serving of the meal and the kitchen and give direction to a group of volunteers.

Responsibilities/Duties
The Usher Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling the Purpose Statement in the coordination of the overall program of usher assignments including, but limited to, the following:
- Recruitment and training of ushers; training resources are provided.
- Schedule ushers and usher teams for Sunday services, and special programs (when needed).
- Evaluate needs and respond with solutions.
- Communicate pertinent information with all ushers as needed.
- Liaison to Hospitality Ministries Coordinators (Welcome Center, Common Ground, Door Hosts)

Responsibilities/Duties
Vision Team members are responsible for helping to fulfill the Purpose Statement through duties including, but not limited to, the following:
- Engaging in monthly Vision Team meetings, with additional meetings occasionally necessary depending on the amount of work needing to be finished.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Meet regularly with the Women’s Ministry Team to discuss progress, challenges, solutions, and new ideas; plan and lead an annual retreat for the team for the purpose of dreaming and praying over the upcoming ministry year.
- Check in with Friends First Quilters Coordinator and offer support, as well as advertising.
- Available to talk with women about concerns or needs they may have.
- Participate in special events and activities for women.
- Pray regularly for the women of the church.
- Liaison between Women’s Ministry and the Pastor of Discipleship and Evangelism.
- Develop a Women’s Ministry budget to present to the appropriate committee yearly.
- Oversee the distribution of funds for Women’s Ministry and keep track of budget expenditures.
- Keep the Women’s Ministry page of the church website up-to-date and send out periodic emails to All Church Women encouraging and inviting them to Women’s Ministry events and offerings.
- Work with the church office and custodial staff to properly schedule use of the church building.

The Worship Center Decorator will coordinate with the Worship and Music Pastor to establish a plan for decorating the worship center(s) for First Baptist. This is to be done in a way that will create a distraction-free environment for the congregation to grow in their faith through worship. They will operate within the allotted decoration budget and will recruit additional help as needed to facilitate the decoration of the worship centers of the church.

The Worship Technology Team member will receive training in the operation of assigned technology elements within the worship centers (audio, presentation, or live stream). Once trained, team members will maintain and continue to hone their skill in operating their designated technology components, staying up-to-date on the latest components and their maintenance and operation. The purpose of the Worship Technology Team is to glorify God and engage the hearts of the congregation to worship God and grow in their faith. Technology is a tool which when used well enhances that process and this is the desire of the team.
