My name is Jake Eisermann, and I've been on staff at First Baptist since February 2023. I was adopted from Haiti when I was 5 years old and grew up in the tiny Norwegian town of Westby, WI (home to the 3rd largest ski jump in the country).

I graduated from high school early just to bounce around several colleges and finally dropping out to focus on the worship ministry happening at my church. There I worked as a youth worship leader for several years, served as a youth leader, and helped lead worship in their Prayer Room.

I'm passionate about missions, youth, and worship ministry, but felt called to work in worship ministry, and it's my great pleasure to be First Baptist's Worship Leader! Outside of my vocation, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, lifting, and cooking.
