Jr. High Ministry (6th – 8th grade)

The Jr. High Ministry at First Baptist Church exists to help middle school students know, love, and become like Jesus. We meet weekly on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. The Bible-based teachings, games, gender & grade-specific small groups, and special events all help students grow in their relationships with Jesus Christ. Sr. High Ministry (9th – 12th grade)

The Sr. High Ministry exists to help high school students know, love, and become like Jesus. We meet weekly on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. On Sundays, we do an in-depth Bible study and have a student-led prayer time. On Wednesdays, we have games, music, food, videos, large group discussions, and gender-specific small groups. Battalion (6th - 12th grade boys)

Battalion is a program where male volunteers build personal relationships with teen boys and mentor them to be effective Christian leaders. Teen boys grow as they share experiences in peer group leadership at weekly meetings, do personal and group achievement, and participate in service projects. We learn about God through activity units such as construction, backpacking, astronomy and rock climbing. We also do many fun outings and special events.
