I am married to Andrea and we have four kids: Irene, Annika, Justin, and Ella. I have an undergraduate degree in Christian Ministries and two master's degrees, one in Marriage & Family Therapy and one in Nonprofit Business Administration. 

As Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation, my passion is helping people grow toward greater wholeness and maturity in Christ. I love helping people deepen their relationship with God, build meaningful relationships with others, and increasingly allow their faith to shape every part of their lives. I have the privilege of helping develop and lead ministries that encourage discipleship, connection, generosity, service, and a growing life with Jesus.

I am also currently serving as FBC's Interim Worship Leader, returning to an area of ministry that has been an important part of my life for many years.

I began serving on staff at First Baptist in 2007. Over the years, my family and I have been blessed in countless ways by this church. FBC has become an important part of our family's story, and I count it a privilege to serve and be part of this church family.
